A Tri State Nursing employee has the freedom to work as much or work as little as they want. They are incomplete control of their work destiny with full support from the agency. ‍Tri-State Nursing provides assignments for RN, LPN, CNA, MA, Home Healthcare workers, and Occupational Healthcare Providers.  They have per diem and travel contracts in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakotas.  They are a medium sized agency that is not publicly traded.‍They strive to stay in touch with the employee from beginning through the end, and then frequent follow up after their first assignment.  They also have nurse account representatives who service as clinical nurse liaisons and always have someone on call after business hours.‍Tri-State Nursing is Joint Commission Certified and believe that there must be a mutual respect on both ends, agency and professional. Even after all the questions are answered and the paperwork is completed, it's vital that the recruiter stay in touch with the professional.‍They do supply health insurance through AIG.  Dental & Vision insurance is also available.  At this time they do not have a 401k plan, but they do offer life insurance and short-term disability.‍At Tri State Nursing employee has the freedom to work as much or work as little as they want.
