NuWest has 4 pillars that drive our every move: transparency, impact, commitment and specialization. ‍They offer travel contracts and per diem for registered nurses and allied professionals.  They also have a dedicated nursing team for contracts, per diem, and perm roles in Washington for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, MAs, Surg Techs, and a variety of other positions within healthcare.  Their assignments are focused on the West Coast, with central offices in Seattle, Washington, and Scottsdale, Arizona, enabling us to form uniquely strong relationships with hospitals in those states.‍They are a small, privately owned agency whose focus is to make nurses feel at home.  Traveling is always uncertain, so they must provide assistance and reduce stress for their nurses as much as possible.  they achieve this by prioritizing relationship-building to truly understand your needs and how best to help you through every step of the journey.  (Except the packing, that’s all you).  They also offer 24-hour resources, including clinical support if needed!  They are both Joint Commission certified and belong to NATHO.‍Every nurse that comes through their door starts with a conversation to get to know them and make sure the recruiter’s personality and knowledge base match the nurse’s needs.  They also tailor how they serve nurses to be as convenient as possible by getting their preferences for mode of communication, frequency, etc.‍Their medical insurance is through United Healthcare, with vision insurance through VSP and dental through Guardian!  All three areas include multiple tiers of coverage that give you the flexibility to pick the best match for you and your family.  In addition, NuWest offers a 401k plan after six months of continuous employment to all contractors.  Unfortunately, at this time, they do not provide matching.  Other benefits include a full license reimbursement, certification reimbursements, compliance costs related to the assignment, relocation reimbursement, and a sign-on or extension bonus.‍NuWest has four pillars that drive their every move: transparency, impact, commitment, and specialization.  As a traveler with NuWest, you will feel these within every communication during the process of finding a job, credentialing, and throughout your assignment!‍
