All travelers are looking for something different –whether it be the adventure, meeting new people and making relationships that could last a lifetime, or maybe just for the financial gain of working as an independent making your own choices. We value this role that we have in your life and will strive to help you meet your traveling goals every step of the journey. ‍All travelers are looking for something different –whether it be the adventure, meeting new people and making relationships that could last a lifetime, or maybe just for the financial gain of working as an independent making your own choices.  They value this role in your life and will strive to help you meet your traveling goals every step of the journey.‍MedUS Healthcare is a medium-sized agency that offers assignments nationwide, including Hawaii & Alaska.  They have jobs for RNs, LPNs, NPs, RRTs, Therapists, plus imaging & radiology placements.‍Their travelers are, first and foremost, a company driven by partnering with their travelers.  They place a lot of value on building relationships, and the most significant part of that is simply being available when their travelers need us.  They utilize several methods to reach out to and maintain a dialog with their contract clinical teammates.  All are given contact information to reach out directly to their office, or recruiters, even their CEO, 24/7.  They are in the people business, and with that comes trust.  They operate with transparency, hold their recruiters to the highest standards, and have built this business upon the foundation of integrity.  Their hearts are in everything they do, and it shows in the lasting partnerships they’ve built with our travelers.‍They have a Clinical Nurse Liaison who is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Although they are Joint Commission certified, at this time, they are not a member of NATHO.‍MedUs is very team-oriented.  Management is very involved in the development and growth of their recruiters.  They have metrics in place that track everything from the number of people a recruiter talks to weekly to the type of traveler the recruiter is working with.  These metrics are designed to help them make sure that their recruiting staff is professionally equipped to work with any and all types of travelers.  If further development is required, management steps in and assists their recruiters as needed.  Very rarely do they find that their recruiters are working with travelers who aren’t a “good personality fit” per se, and that’s because they have trained their recruiters to make educated and informed decisions with who they partner with.‍They offer eligible day one insurance that acts as a bridge to their 91-day major medical.  They also provide vision and dental insurance.  MedUS also offers a 401K.  Other benefits include access to Aflac, voluntary life insurance, and short and long-term disability.  In addition, other nonessential insurance products are made available through their insurance providers.‍With MedUS being a medium-sized company, they are small enough to adapt to the changes in the market quickly but large enough to have the benefits of national contracts of the much larger competitors.  Additionally, fewer people employed at the executive level can put together pay packages unmatched in the industry.‍All travelers are looking for something different –whether it be the adventure, meeting new people and making relationships that could last a lifetime, or maybe just for the financial gain of working as an independent making your own choices.  They value this role in your life and will strive to help you meet your traveling goals every step of the journey.‍
