This first touch helps set the tone for a positive nurse journey. Their regular check ins, surveys and audits help them to ensure that the nurse is happy and his/her needs are being met. At any point in time a nurse can choose to engage with another recruiter‍At this time they have United Healthcare insurance along with a vision and dental plan. If you refer a nurse for an 8-week or more assignment you can earn a $1500 referral bonus when he/she completes the contract.
