Convergence Medical Staffing is a medium sized company that provides nationwide career opportunities for RN's, LPN, OT, PT, SLP, Med Lab Tech, Med Tech, Rad Tech, and other various allied healthcare modalities. ‍They are available on a 24/7 basis, 365 days yearly. They respond to employee phone calls quickly and most usually resolve issues within 24 hours. They make weekly contact with their employees to ensure their satisfaction and support them when contractual issues occur. Each of their travelers are provided a direct dial phone number to their Managing Director, who makes himself available should your recruiter not be able to satisfy the employee's need.  They pride themselves in being able to listen to and provide individual attention to each and every Traveler, which is why their retention rate is over 95%. ‍Convergence employs a Director of Nursing, who is available for counseling, investigations revolving around clinical issues and for advice from any of their travelers at any time. They are a Joint Commission Certified Healthcare Staffing Agency.‍If the traveler calls, their Managing Director is always available to them. Complaints related to recruiters are resolved immediately. Should the traveler/recruiter not be compatible,  they reassign the traveler to another recruiter who will most likely meet their expectations. ‍Convergence has Blue Cross/Blue Shield for major medical and vision; Companion Life for dental. They do not provide a 401(k); however, they DO provide an IRA Account plan. This way, should the traveler leave their company, their IRA Account goes with them instead of remaining at the previous employer, greater management of money invested in the account, and no vesting penalties related to tenure.
