CareStaff Partners is a small private agency that staffs RNs, LPNs, CNAs, SWs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, SLPs, and SSPs nationwide. CareStaff recruiters are dedicated to building a one on one relationship with a nurse. They are the recruiter for a nurse regardless of territory. Their recruiters are available 24/7 and enjoy educating new travel nurses about traveling. They also have a Clinical Nurse Liaison that is available during business hours.‍While we are not TJC certified we are TJC compliant and will be working towards certification and we are still very concerned about ethics in travel nursing. If there is any hesitation for the nurse that the recruiter is not a good fit, they will gladly match with another recruiter that is a better fit.‍CareStaff Partners offers Blue Corss Blue Shield medical insurance along with dental and vision. Their 401k participation starts the first day of the quarter following the start date of the first assignment.
