Barton Healthcare Staffing’s motto is Quality - One Relationship at a Time.  Their process works to support this motto.  They care about our clients and clinicians and want the best for both.  They provide travel contracts nationwide for Nursing (across various specialties) and Allied Health clinicians, including but not limited to therapy, pharmacy, and imaging.  Their roots in healthcare started in 2001.  BHS spun out of Barton Associates as a separate company in 2018 to focus on Nursing and Allied Health.‍Their one-on-one approach to staffing ensures that every BHS nurse and allied health clinician receives the attention they deserve.  Their recruiters work with clinicians to fill jobs suitable to their skill sets, career paths, and personal goals.  As a result, the candidate will not be passed from one recruiter to another when they apply for different positions or work in a new state to maintain that relationship.‍Yes, they have a Clinical Nurse Liaison on staff, and she will always make herself available - even outside of regular business hours.  They are not a part of NATHO, but after speaking with both agencies and outlining our License and Credentialing process, they are very much aligned with their requirements.  So much so that their approach has many times stood out as highly quality-oriented compared to others.‍Each clinician undergoes an interview process that gauges personality and competence.  All of their recruiters work to understand the needs of the clinicians they work with to work together to find positions that will be a good fit.  Although rare, we can initiate that change if the clinician does not believe their recruiter is the best fit, or the recruiter believes another staffing specialist may serve the clinician better.‍Insurance benefits include CIGNA Medical/Dental/Life with a 30-day wait.  All BHS employees have this plan, which remains consistent throughout our company. They also offer Vanguard 401K, and all Barton Healthcare Staffing employees are eligible at 1,000 hours.  BHS matches up to 50% of the first 4% contributed by employees.‍Other benefits include paid time off (PTO), stipend eligibility, license and travel support, weekly ADP direct deposit, and access to their Clinical Liaisons for support.  We also have an onboarding team and customer service in their finance department.‍They assign one recruiter to each clinician, so their clinicians get to know their recruiter, and their recruiter gets to know the clinicians they work with and what motivates them, no matter where they are in the country.‍
