Anders Group is an assembly of dedicated professionals and travel nurse recruiters who come together to provide our talent and our clients with unmatched service.  They are a smaller agency that offers travel assignments nationwide.  They offer career opportunities for most RN specialties and Allied Health, including therapy, radiology, and laboratory.  They are Joint Commission certified and have a clinical liaison that can be reached at any time.  ‍Their recruiters work to get to know their travelers from day one.  It is essential to understand the travelers' goals, why they want or need to travel, and what they are looking for in an assignment.  In addition, they pride themselves in giving the nurses, therapists, and techs one-on-one personal support every step of the way.‍Anders Group always stresses the importance of their recruiters getting to know the nurses, techs, and therapists, not only on a personal level but also to understand any goals they may have around travel assignments.  They strive to make all communication transparent, empathetic, and respectful.  This helps them develop genuine, long-lasting relationships with those they work with.  They also take any feedback from the nurses, techs, and therapists very seriously - if there's any indication that the recruiter/nurse team isn't the best fit, they work to match them with another recruiter that can assist with their needs and help them meet their goals.‍They offer their travelers Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Texas along with Guardian vision and dental insurance.  A 401K is available, but they do not currently match it.  Other benefits include day-one health insurance, license reimbursement, premium pay packages, continuing education resources, and referral bonuses.‍Anders Group is a group of dedicated professionals and travel nurse recruiters who come together to provide their talent and clients with unmatched service.  Every nurse, therapist, or technician is matched with a single point of contact and has the entire team's support.  Many of their travelers have been with them for years because they know their needs are their priority.‍They love what they do!!  They are a family in the office, and so many of the excellent healthcare professionals they work with have also become a part of that family.  They work hard, play hard, and find the next adventure.‍
