Staffing is a small to medium company that places RNs nationwide.

Their recruiters commission structure is NOT based on margins like a majority of travel companies within the travel nursing industry. It’s based on the number of hours a RN works. About their recruiter program, Miles states, “As a Recruiter you need to be adaptable. To start, we hire Recruiters that can relate to a large audience and can connect with a variety of individuals. If we find any reoccurring issues with a particular Recruiter (not getting along with RNs, trust issues, etc.) it’s a clear sign that the Recruiter isn’t a good fit for Rise. However, in the rare occasion that an RN feels their Recruiter simply isn’t a good fit, we would redirect the RN to a different Recruiter that best matches what they are looking for. We have every RN complete a survey where the RN can voice their opinion about their Recruiter and other departments (QA, Payroll, Benefits) alike. We always take this feedback serious and will follow up with the RN to ensure we are making changes in areas that need improvement.”

Medical insurance is provided through Aetna with offerings of 3 different plans.  Vision and Dental insurance is provided by Cypress Insurance.  They also provide a 401K with company matching up to 4%.
